A safe place to heal and reset.

For people experiencing or at risk of homelessness with significant medical needs, recuperative care can create the breathing room to rest, recover, and avoid unnecessary emergency or institutional care.

A supportive home base for recovery.

Our furnished shared homes for men and women offer structure without losing the feeling of home. Residents build routines, practice accountability, and find community while choosing the recovery support that fits.

01 / Recuperative Care

Care while clients recover

Support includes daily wellness checks, SMART goals, care plans with clinical oversight, and healthy food options for Recuperative Care clients. We help refer clients to IOP and mental-health programs and provide housing navigation to bridge clients to stable housing.

02 / Residential

A home built around recovery

Our residential homes offer abstinence-forward living, peer support, and a strong recovery community. Each resident receives a bed in a shared room and pays a bed fee. We connect clients with programs that may help cover housing, along with affordable self-pay options, to help ensure they do not end up back on the street.

What home includes

Each home is beautifully decorated and offers all-inclusive living arrangements, including high-speed internet, TV, bed sheets, cookware, dishes, and free on-site laundry for all residents. Meals are included for Recuperative Care residents.
